Open to experienced providers or new graduates (Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of completing residency)

Position Location: Canton Family Practice (Canton, NY), Gouverneur Hospital (Gouverneur, NY), Massena Hospital/St. Lawrence Internists (Massena, NY) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week Call Coverage Requirements: Continuity of care call required Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic working with Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff EMR: Epic Opportunities for mentorship, and program development available Compensation & Benefits We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support your career and well-being: Competitive base salary with productivity incentives:

Base salary range of $200,000-300,000*

Pay Summary The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and may be eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts. In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices.
